Coca-Cola bottling heir Alki David went on an unhinged and lengthy rant on social media after he was ordered to pay $900 million to his sexual assault accuser, nearly one-fourth of his total net worth.
On Monday, Alki, also known as Alkiviades, he was ordered to pay the enormous sum by a Los Angeles jury after he was accused of raping an employee listed as a Jane Doe in court documents, multiple outlets reported.
On Thursday, the billionaire media mogul, 56, went on an explosive posting spree on Instagram and repeatedly said ‘there is no $900 million order’ against him and that ‘all evidence shows that the alleged rape never happened.’
‘These newspapers got it all wrong because these newspapers belong to a network of criminal d—–bags that employ the lawyers that wrote this fake order in the first place,’ David said in one of many videos.
Gary Dordick, the lawyer representing Jane Doe, told the DailyMail.com that David’s claims on social media are false and that there is ‘100% no question’ he was ordered to pay for his actions. A source also confirmed to the DailyMail.com that a verdict was reached on Monday in favor of the plaintiff.

On Monday, multiple outlets reported that he was ordered to pay the record-breaking sum by a LA jury after he was accused of raping an employee identified only as Jane Doe
Dordick confirmed that David’s posts online are ‘just rants on his Instagram.’ The Los Angeles-based attorney added that he witnessed the jury come to their landmark decision.
‘The significance of this verdict cannot be overstated,’ Dordick said following Monday’s verdict against David, who has since traveled to London following the jury’s decision.
‘Prior to this case, juries had awarded over $80 million against David for similar allegations, highlighting a disturbing pattern of abuse and exploitation.
‘This landmark verdict underscores the critical importance of holding perpetrators of sexual assault accountable, regardless of their wealth or status.
‘It not only delivers justice to Jane Doe but also sends a powerful message to all victims of sexual assault: your voice matters, and justice is within reach.’
The unidentified victim in her initial filing made ten different accusations again David. While eight of those were later tossed out by Judge Christopher L. Lui, on June 13, David still stood accused of sexual assault and battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
A press release on Dordick’s website explained that a ‘unanimous jury’ awarded his client $100 million in compensatory damages and $800 million in punitive damages caused by David.
‘If you google my name today you will see that there is a $900 million order on my head, but the thing is there is no order,’ David said on his Instagram.
David, dressed in a blue and white stripped button down, suggested that news outlets have ‘got it wrong,’ and that the ‘fake news was generated by a written proposed order.’
He then claimed that the lawsuit was originally penned by disgraced lawyer Tom Girardi, 81, who now lives in a memory ward at an Orange County nursing home, Daily News reported.

David said ‘there is no $90million order’ against him and that ‘all evidence shows that the alleged rape never happened’
‘It is a fake proposed order that was never even delivered to the judge,’ he continued.
Denying the claims against him, David added that ‘the proof will be in the pudding,’ he said.
From February 2016 to April 2019, Doe worked for David’s companies, including Hologram USA, FilmOn TV, Swiss-X Labs.
His company owns the Hologram USA Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard where its 3-D avatars of dead performers including Michael Jackson and Tupac are animated for a paying audience.
It was there that David ‘subjected’ Doe to ‘sexual harassment and sexual assault, including rape,’ the press release said.
Monday’s trial marked the fifth jury to award damages against David as he’s been involved in a string of sexual assault judgements over the years.
The court was told that David had the door to his company’s human resources department emblazoned with a pornographic image captioned ‘HER-ASS’, and that staff referred darkly to one office at his California HQ as the ‘rape room’.
‘David boasted to his employees after settling one case for $4 million dollars, “The piece of a** was so good it was worth the money”,’ the release stated.
‘The evidence also established that Ms. Doe’s rape occurred while Davis was in the middle of another sexual assault trial in April 2019.’
Soon after joining, a female colleague warned Doe about the ‘alarmingly hostile’ workplace environment, reporting that David had forcibly kissed her, the lawsuit claimed.
Former production assistant Mahim Khan (pictured right with lawyer Gloria Allred) warned him against ‘violating’ another woman when she was awarded $58 million in 2019
He settled two cases out of court in 2016 but was ordered to pay $5million to former staffer Lauren Reeves who claimed he put his hands on her throat and pushed her chair into a wall
Weeks later Doe rebuffed his attempt to kiss her during a work trip to his private island in Greece, and found herself laid off shortly afterward.
But in 2018, he was back in touch to offer her a job as brand ambassador for his cannabis manufacturing company, Swiss-X.
The suit claimed that after agreeing, he took her back to a hotel room where he persuaded her to sample the product before forcing her to touch his penis.
The following April she was called to a business meeting in a small room where he raped her in front of one of his Doberman pinschers, the suit said.
‘It’s so despicable, the facts of this case,’ Dordick said. ‘He raped my client while on trial in another case.’
By then, the mogul had already lost $80 million in a series of judgements for sexual assaults dating back to 2014.
He settled two cases out of court in 2016 but was ordered to pay $5million to former staffer Lauren Reeves who claimed he put his hands on her throat and pushed her chair into a wall.
That case also featured references to the ‘rape room’ and her claim that he told her he needed to ‘buy supplies’ for it.
In April 2019 he was ordered to pay punitive damages of $8million to a woman who claimed she was sacked after she refused to have sex with him.
In September that year the judge declared a mistrial when a jury could not reach agreement on a claim brought by former FilmOn account executive Elizabeth Taylor.
He was previously warned ‘never to think of violating another woman’s body’ when former production assistant Mahim Khan won a $58 million sexual battery judgement against him in 2019.

Khan, who was represented by high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred, claimed that David had thrust his pelvis into her face and simulated oral sex, rubbed her vagina, frequently grabbed her pelvic area, peppered her with unwanted kisses, given her a lap dance in front of a client, and put his hands under her dress to cup her breasts.
She testified that at times David would also pull his pants down, grab her by the neck and shove her into his crotch.
‘I hope the punitive damages verdict sends a message to Alki David to never, ever think of violating another woman’s body,’ she said in a statement after the trial.
David denied all claims of sexual misconduct, saying, ‘I never touched any of these women,’ remaining defiant and disruptive throughout his multiple 2019 trials in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
He frequently erupted in profanity-laced outbursts while mocking his accusers and their attorneys, earning him nearly $10,000 in sanctions and removal from the courtroom on several occasions.
That year also saw him arrested in St Kitts after he flew in with a reported 5,000 cannabis plants on his private plane.

‘They’ve completely exhausted me of my cash resources,’ David said of his accusers to The Daily Beast in 2021.
‘Fortunately, I’ve got a great mother, God bless her, who’s been very supportive of me.’
The Sunday Times annual Rich List puts his current wealth at $3.7 billion, much of it deriving from his wealthy Cypriot family, but David has claimed that media estimates of his fortune are wildly exaggerated.
‘These f***ing idiots,’ he said. ‘They have nothing, nothing at all. There are no billions.’
David, and Gloria Allred, who also represents the unnamed victim did not immediately respond to the DailyMail.com’s requests for comment.
